As a sole proprietor LLC,  Gallagher Property Services prides itself on doing things differently than many of the other home remodeling or repair companies out there.  I not only discuss every project with the client ahead of time, but I will then be the one to complete your work.  For larger projects I do have 2 licensed and insured partners that can come in to assist when needed, but I am always available, and involved in every step of your project.

Furthermore, at GPS, I only do 1 project at at time, so I don't start our next project, until my current project is done.  This means that once I start your work, I will be there every day until the work is done and you're happy.  

Projects can be contracted as either as a time and material or a set contracted price.  

For time and material, I will provide an estimated cost for the project, but you will then pay for the actual time and material cost needed to complete your work.  Afterwards you will receive a final invoice that breaks down the exact start and stop time for every day spent on your project, as well as a breakdown of any materials that where purchased.  Your bill will be for the exact amount of time worked (no trip fees or rounding of hours) and materials are charged out at the same exact price as I paid for them (I will never charge you $10 for a $5 box of screws).  

Any set contract price will be discussed and clearly explained in writing ahead of time, and would encompass a predetermined scope of work.  

Regardless of which option you choose, none of my customers  pay a dime until the project is complete and they are satisfied.  Which means I will carry the cost of materials, and not expect any payment for time or materials until the job is done and your expectations are met... or exceeded !!!
